Diet log

 

Finished competing in Dexter Jackson show Last weekend and now preparing for the OCB Florida state classic.  Diet consist in the following:

 

5am.

-1 cup oatmeal

-1 cup almond mild

-1 whole egg and 5 egg whites

-4 oz of chicken

-1 Tbsp of almond butter

-1 apple

-1 tbsp of flax seed

 

7am- gym

 

8am or 8:30

-50g of 100% whey by ON

-1 banana

- ¼ cup of raisins

- 2 tbsp honey

 

9am or 9:30

I love the look of the website, very cool.
Last night's back/ham workout has me still screaming today.  I hope I will be able to handle the pressure of standing and dancing all night at the meatloaf concert.
Anyway last night's torture consisted of:
Seated cable row - 3 warm ups: 15R/50lb, 15R/60lb, 15R/70R
