Had a pretty decent back workout today...pulled some deads, havent done that in about a month and a half.  The gym we trained out of today had no rack to pull deads out of.  But pull them we did, and off the floor too.  That is something that I haven't done in probably well over a year.

havent hit a leg workout in about 3 weeks due to a pretty ridiculous schedule...and I haven't actually squatted in even longer probably...I know, pretty sad.

 

Anyway...this is what went down today (warm up sets omitted), and more or less weights and reps just outlined since it really wasnt all that impressive since I have been out of it for a while.

Squat:

2 working sets at 10 reps

3 working sets at 5 reps each...these were tough even though it was only 315 lbs

I haven't been in the gym a whole lot lately, so today was my first day back on a chest/shoulder workout in maybe 2 weeks or so.  I am still nursing a rotator injury as well (thanks Greg!!)  8)

(only working sets are listed - as I did about 3,700 warm up sets for my shoulder!)
