abs

Question

i'm 54yrs old & lost 66pds. workout 7days a wk . recently had surgery - bladdar. 2 problems: lower abdominals-muffin top . i do 100 ab crunches & 3 different ab machines w/varying weights daily/thighs inner.... fat & flabby-since surgery can't do adductor machine,lift180lbs- but no presses directly in front only up , 2 painful. i 'm a juvenile diabetic on insulin , inject into my abs. how can i flatten my abs & build my inner thighs to remove stubborn fat. Please help thank u
