I haven't been in the gym a whole lot lately, so today was my first day back on a chest/shoulder workout in maybe 2 weeks or so. I am still nursing a rotator injury as well (thanks Greg!!) ![]()
(only working sets are listed - as I did about 3,700 warm up sets for my shoulder!)
