Diet and Training log For September 3rd comp

 

Diet log

 

Finished competing in Dexter Jackson show Last weekend and now preparing for the OCB Florida state classic.  Diet consist in the following:

 

5am.

-1 cup oatmeal

-1 cup almond mild

-1 whole egg and 5 egg whites

-4 oz of chicken

-1 Tbsp of almond butter

-1 apple

-1 tbsp of flax seed

 

7am- gym

 

8am or 8:30

-50g of 100% whey by ON

-1 banana

- ¼ cup of raisins

- 2 tbsp honey

 

9am or 9:30

  • 1 cup organic brown rice
  • 6 oz Steak
  • 6 oz pineapple

 

12pm

  • 1 cup organic brown rice
  • 6 oz ground turkey
  • 4 cups of mixed veggie salad mix in bag
  • 1/2 avocado 

 

3pm

  • 8oz sweet potato
  • 6 oz ground turkey or chicken breast
  • 4 cups of mix veggie in bag

6pm

  • 6 oz turkey
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 2 cups salad mix in bag

9pm

  • 40g of Casein protein by ON
  • 1 Tbsp Almond butter

 

Supplements I am taking:

Glutamine

Protein powder and Casein

Amino Chews by ON

ZMA

Digestive enzymes

HMB

 

TRAINING DAYS:

MON- LEGS AND CALFS

TUES- CHEST AND BIES W/ 20 MIN CARDIO AFTER TRAINING

WEND- 30 MIN OF CARDIO WITH 10 TO 15 MIN OF STRETCHING

THUR- SHOULDERS AND TRAPS W/ 20 MIN CARDIO AFTER TRAINING

FRI- BACK AND TRIS

SAT- 30 MIN OF CARDIO WITH LIGHT CALFS AND STRETCHING

SUN- OFF

 

STATS:

Height- 6 foot

Weight- 190

Body fat%- 5 to 8% this is a rough guess since I did not take it but can tell by looking in the mirror and can see my serratus anterior and my lower abs.

 

GOAL:

I do not want to get over 200 since I will have to diet back down in the next few months so I will be monitoring my Macro intake through the weeks.

Want to weigh in at 182 to 185 on weigh in date.

 

Please give me any inputs anyone might have.
