Not really a lot other than what I read here:
Just didnt know if anyone else had seen it or tried it. Pretty much looks like your hitting the muscle groups twice a week. then a deload week after about 4-6 weeks

I agree the one rep warm ups seemed a little off.
Every time I have experimented with training a muscle group more than one time per week, I have always felt like junk and abandoned the notion quickly. Anybody actually enjoy twice a week on bodyparts?
I think you have to find a way to push through and after 4 weeks you enjoy it![]()
