Not really a lot other than what I read here:

http://www.wannabebig.com/hypertrophy-cluster-training-hct-12/hypertrophy-cluster-training-hct-12-training-program/

Just didnt know if anyone else had seen it or tried it. Pretty much looks like your hitting the muscle groups twice a week. then a deload week after about 4-6 weeks

  • When the warmup sets are ONE rep, it may be wise to consider alternative methods. HA!
  • In his defense, there was a complete warmup protocol prior to this, so its not as wreckless as it would seem with what I cut and paste there...but that said, doing singles up to your working sets is not likely going to promote the blood flow and increased neurological conductivity that warmups are actually good for.

Always nice to read other training approaches though. Thanks for posting!

Has anybody tried this at all? Thoughts? Concerns?

I agree the one rep warm ups seemed a little off.

Every time I have experimented with training a muscle group more than one time per week, I have always felt like junk and abandoned the notion quickly. Anybody actually enjoy twice a week on bodyparts?

I think you have to find a way to push through and after 4 weeks you enjoy it:*
