It's kind of stupid, but the last couple of years, I have done a nasty workout on 9/11. I figure the more pain I am in that day, the better. There are people suffering far worse than me that day.
Doesn't matter what you do.
9 aggressive sets of 11 reps.
It happens to fall on a leg day for me this year, so that works well.
Anybody else in for this? Might be fun to have a bunch of folks do this and then post up the results.
As for 9/11: Never forget those who died. And never forget about those who keep us safe every day.
