Let's stack the deck of the pec!

Greeeaat chest/delt/tri workout today!

Not focusing on heavy so much right now as I am enjoying my training and staying engaged during the workouts.

I ran for 40 minutes before this one, then started with incline barbell press. Got some good warm up sets in then for my last 5 or so sets I was super-setting this with med ball pushups (both hands on ball). Did as many as I could and for the last 3 sets dropped to the floor to rep out.

Went from there to DB shoulder press, working up to 5 reps and then finishing with an up the stack and back down the stack for lateral raises.

Finished with tris- ez bar skullcrushers/tri ext with close grip presses. Worked up pretty heavy to where I could only get a couple of each. Done!

Tomorrow I'll be seeing just how mean our head trainer can be in our mayhem class. Bring it on, Tyler ! :)

does not have a status.
