macros
so I have been eating eating 210.00 pro/285.00 cho/40.00 fat
I then dropped 10 grms of carbs just to be a tad more "proactive"now mind you I
had been dropping weight steadily on the above calories prior to the macro drop[225.0-205.6]with 1 high day at 190.00/420.00/40.00.

now the weight loss was a bit stalled on wed of this week [205.6 the morning of first refeed
[208.8 post refeed day] weight has been as follows

monday-204.4
tuesday-205.6[pre refeed day]
wed-208.8[post refeed]
thursday-206.6
friday-206.6
sat-205.6[pre refeed]
sun-206.8[post refeed]

to any reading as I would much appreciate your input would you

a) keep low days the same[they are as of now 210.00 pro/275.00 carbs/40.00 fat]
b) go back to what was still working-[210.00 pro/285.00 carbs/40.00 fat]
***note^^on option b I started my diet on with 10 grms less carbs so basically I Began ny diet with 210.00/275.00/40.00 and did not lose weight loast like half-1lb then bam right back up to 225

c)possibly increase carbs more

as it seems my met rate picked up quite a bit from refeed day yesterday only gained a little over a pound

Im thinking of going with option b just looking for some "outside opinions as my head has been in a zillion different directions

I certainly can't answer dogmatically without having a good history of work with you - getting to know your met structure, etc, but to me it looks like you've either worked with Layne or nabbed some advice from an article of his...that structure looks like something out of his play book.  Protein and fat look fine and fairly moderate (funny to see that 40 gram mark on fat - years ago I set a bunch of sample meal plans for males with that as a fat level and now I see people all over doing that...not 45, 50, 35, etc - always 40...cracks me up.)   Your weight increase after a higher-carb day seems a little high, especially if you're not recovering your weight in 1-2 days, is too high in my opinion.  I'd either be taking the baseline carbs down or the high day, but again, that's just shooting from the hip not knowing you.
