If you guys are doing any higher intensity work for your non weight training days, I packed a wollop of a punch with my last Friday's mayhem class. Had three people in there, including Joe. He IM'd me the night before telling me to "bring it." Could I let him down?! Of course not!!
We did intervals of 30-15, except the 15 seconds were not use for full rest-- active rest (but not really) was the name of the game. Full workout was a half hour. And that was likely all anyone could handle. I participated in the class also. The rest of the day I felt like a zombie! ;) It took an AMP and some really loud FlashDance to get me pumped up for a back workout a few hours later.
Want to know what we did? I may have to teach this class at Fantasy Camp-- anyone game?!!
