Nice to see you on here Julie, miss hearing about your workouts and just good old Julie talking about her workouts and the gym!
I always loved going to those camps(The 1st 3 Nancy did we were at each one me and Monica) and being around the group of people that came there, it was the best! I miss the camps, even Joe's Fantasy camp he had it the 1st year, it was tremendous and that was a great weekend each time. Nancy and Joe are the best at putting these things on.

Thanks Craig. Workouts have been insane and unstructured lately. I've been teaching 2-4 classes per week lately covering for one of our instructors who broke her foot. http://208.56.89.1/groupactivep85.php http://208.56.89.1/grouppowerp96.php . I've basically been managing a 3 day split right now, hitting it hard and heavy in between classes. I can't wait to get back to something more structured!
