It's been a long time since I've updated this journal. I've been extremely busy with some things so the journal had to take a back seat.
Anyway, I took a couple progress pics last night (exactly 10 weeks out). I'm hoping that I'm on pace to becoming completely shredded by competition time. Here's one of the pictures.....

I know there's still a ways to go but as long as I'm on pace, I'm happy!!
Jordan and I have been having some really good workouts recently. Despite battling some tendonitis in my left bicep tendon, everything in the gym is going really well. Posing needs a hell of a lot of work.....had a chance to get some input from Jordan last week. His posing is pretty much flawless so I know if I continue to work on the pointers he gives me I'll be good to go by contest time.
Probably the most important thing to note: 9 weeks and 6 days until PIZZA! :)
