Hello, my name is Angel. I'm competing June 4th for an NPC open division(light heavyweight). I must admit, for the past 5+ years I've gone about bodybuilding nutrition all wrong and have followed a keto diet for the majority(ignorant). I believe my body is so used to being carb depleted if Id have anywhere near 1g per lb I'd easily spill over. I'm about 2 weeks away from contest and just realized how wrong I was. Although I am low in bodyfat, i incorporate 1/2 cup of oatmeal preworkout and follow it up fish and broccoli. Is there anyway to offset this and correct myself within 2 weeks? There are millions of articles for peak week, but I can't find one offsetting a physique that's used to keto diet. Any help is really appreciated.
