Quick post here:

Yesterday I hit Shoulders/Triceps

1. Arnold Shoulder Presses

warmup: 35's 2 X 12

warmup: 50's 2 X 12

60's 2 X 10

70's 1 X 6

65's 1 X 7 drop 50's 1 X 6 drop 35's 1 X 8

2. Military close grip press

warmup 135 1 X 20, 1 X 12

185 3 X 8 (went very slow here so I wouldn't have to go as heavy.....always worried about barbell pressing)

185 1 X 8 dropped to 135 1X8 (2 of these)

Won't list the weights from here on out.....busy at the moment.

3.  Dumbbell Side Laterals SS bent over dumbbell reverse flyes

4.  Close Grip Skull Crushers SS bent over dumbbell reverse flyes

5.  Machine Side Laterals SS Pec Dec Reverse Flyes SS Pushups (hands right next to each other)
