Subway foot long sub..good or ehh

Ok , I was talking with my brother, and we had a topic on subway. The footlong sub has 100 plus carbs , hes dieting down now not for a contest but for overall health....I told him subway isn't 2 bad but what do you all think about takin in so many carbs in one setting?

Ran a 5k (www.cjsbus.org) with Cameron and Lynnea dominated the kids' dash - good way to start a Saturday!

My son works there and loves it.  That makes it good, right? 

 

When dieting and having a higher-carb day, I would often have a Subway sub.  Bread isn't horrible.

lol dr joe..I love the taste of the subs actually....I was just wondering if 100 plus carbs in one setting is ok? cause i believe a footlong sub is about 100 plus grams of carbs

just do the easy thing, get a half a sub with double meat and usually I am sure that the carbs for the most part of the foot longs are around 40 g's

I usually get a 6 inch sub, double meat, and eat half the bread.  Works well and is a better option than the other fast food choices.
