I'm forever being asked if I like ______ or if this_________is okay to take in terms of caffeine-based thermogenic supplements. First let me say, caffeine is my friend. Second, I've reviewd quite a bit of research and have even commented on some of it in my Science or Fiction column in Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness, so I am a fan of targeted use of pre-workout caffeine. I like it more with sugar - so the drink mixes are also fantastic in my opinion. Where I'm falling short is that I can't try every new one that hits the market. I'm asking you to jump on and tell me/us which ones you've tried and like and I'll look them up and maybe give them a try too.
