I recently went to my sport chiropractor for lower back tenderness and pain. He recommended I don't do squats for a while. Well, want to do instead. I'm a firm believer in making the squat the primary move on leg day, is there anything I can replace it with and get the same results? Leg press, hamstring curls, lunges what?
